On June 29, Governor Scott signed H.171, which not only extends funding for emergency housing but also amends the effective dates of the municipal zoning provisions in Section 2 of Act 47, the Vermont HOME Act. Initially scheduled for December 1, 2024, the new effective date is now July 1, 2023.
