The VLCT Health Trust, Inc. is in its 30th year of helping municipalities offer quality health insurance to their employees at group rates. The Health Trust works with major health insurers to provide competitive medical coverage for municipalities and goes beyond commercial carriers in providing these members with free access to extensive wellness programs, Health Advocate, COBRA administration, and a Vermont-based Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Moreover, the Trust has grown to offer, à la carte, an array of employee benefits at group rates: Dental, Life, Disability, and Long Term Care insurances; Vision coverage; and Cafeteria Plan administration.
