The 2017 VLCT Town Fair will be held on Wednesday, Ocotber 4, 2017 and Thursday, October 5, 2017 at the Killington Grand Hotel and Resort in Killington, Vermont. This year, for the first time, the exhibit hall will be in the hotel. Booths will be set up in the Oscar Wilde Ballroom, training sessions are being held in the same buidling. This will facilitate easy interations between attendees and exhibitors throughout the day.

Wednesday, October 4th Exhibitor Reception! VLCT board members, annual meeting attendees and staff will join exhibitors for a reception in the exhibit hall on Wednesday evening. This event is free for attendees and includes a variety of benefits for exhibitors who sponsor. Times TBD but likely from 4:30 to 7:00. Exhibitors taking part in the reception will need to be set-up by 4:30.
Show hours are 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 5th. Exhibitors must stay set-up until 3:30 p.m.
Registered exhibitors may set up on Wednesday, October 4th from Noon to 4:30 p.m. or from 6:00 to 7:30 a.m. on Thursday, October 5th. Booths must be set up by 7:30 a.m. on Thursday.
There is no online form for booth staff registration. To register your booth staff please do so on the Exhbitor Booth Registration Form, or email Lisa at firstname.lastname@example.org. Meals are not included with registration and must be pre-purchased. There is a very limited number available the day of the event. Booth staff are welcome to join attendees at the annual Turkey Luncheon or to purchase a box lunch.

Accomodations can be booked at a variety of venues along the Mountain Road in Killington.
Payment: Payment must either accompany your registration form or is due immediately upon receipt of an invoice. All payments are due before the event date. Booth set-up is contingent upon payment having been received.
Cancellation: Cancellations for any reason must be made in writing; refunds will follow the schedule below. No funds will be given for meals purchased.
If you cancel in wirting less than 60 days before Town Fair and we are able to fill all booths space and resell your spot, we will give you a full refund.
